Shipping & Returns Policy

Return Policy:

  • Due to the custom, made to order nature of our items, we do not accept returns. Most of our items are made to order (non-stocked item) and custom made with your specifications.
  • We cannot guarantee exact color, due to differences in computer monitor and web browsers.
    • In order to reduce after purchase consumer regret due to color and fabric texture issue, please request for a FREE SWATCH. You can email us at to receive your complimentary fabric swatch.
  • No Returns accepted except in cases of defective merchandise, wrong merchandise delivered, wear and tear within 30 days of delivered order (not when first used).
    • Defective Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at factory’s discretion and order will not be considered cancelled for refund.
    • Not liking the color or texture of the fabric is not considered a defect. Please avail of our complimentary swatch service before you place your order to ensure color and texture.
    • For defective merchandise, we reserve the right to repair, replace or refund the item on a case to case basis.
    • Please email to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure to include your original order number and pictures to show the defect.
    • For hygienic reasons, all defective merchandise that has been used must be washed before it is returned to our factory. Any merchandise deemed to be in less than clean condition will not be inspected, replaced, repaired or refunded.
  • All other factory authorized returns are subject to 25% restocking on the original item price only. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
    • Refund for merchandise price only. Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.
    • Merchandise must be returned prepaid. No return label will be emailed for returns. Tracking number must be allotted for tracking the returned merchandise.
